Before purchasing a product or service, please carefully read the following information to ensure you have a clear understanding of the relevant purchasing and refund policies. Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction throughout the shopping process, while also providing specific guidelines or measures to assist you in addressing any situations you may encounter.

Purchase & Refund Policy

At Prinz Healthcare Group Sdn Bhd or Prinz Klinik (collectively referred as “Prinz”, “We”, “Us” or “Our”), we will always try our best to make sure all our customers satisfy with their purchase. By accessing Prinz’s services and our website www.prinzklinik.com (collectively referred as “Website”), you confirm your understanding of the Purchase & Refund Policy. We reserve the right to update and/or amend parts of these terms of use at any time without prior notice. We also may make changes to any products/services offered, applicable prices and availability from time to time. Changes will be effective when published on the Website. 

Please check Purchase & Refund Policy regularly for updates. Your continued use of the Website following the posting of changes to these terms of use constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to these terms of use, you shall not use this Website.

 

1.0 Cancellations, Exchanges, and Refunds

1.1 All transactions once completed cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances. No requests for refunds, cancellation, or exchanges of any kind will be entertained.

1.2 All products/services on the Website are offered subject to availability. We reserve the final right and sole discretion on all matters relating to cancellations, exchanges and refund, including the appropriate resolution of such matters on a case by case basic.

1.3 We may cancel your order if we decide it is reasonable to do so. This may include circumstances where:
-We are unable to obtain authorised payment or the payment process is incomplete;
-You fail to meet any criteria for eligibility of purchase which we may impose from time to time;
-We suspect that your order is related to fraudulent activity;
-You fail to submit all necessary and relevant details to allow us to fulfil the order.

 

2.0 Redemption of Health Screening Packages

2.1 Redemption for health screening package will only be confirmed upon receipt of a 100% non-refundable payment.

2.2 After confirm online purchase of health screening package(s) is successful received, our customer service team will contact you within 1-2 working days (exclude weekends and public holidays) via WhatsApp for an appointment arrangement. Our team will try our best to arrange appointment based on your preferred date, if not, will assist to arrange another date that is convenient to you. 

2.3 Any appointment made under a different name from the purchaser must be mentioned with our customer service team while arranging your appointment or remark during checkout. Ex: You bought health screening package for your parents, kindly provide your parents details to our team. Please make sure that you have obtained their consent allowing us to process their personal data. 

2.4 Preparations and instructions for health screening will be advised by our customer service team prior to the appointment. You may also refer our Frequently Asked Questions here for more detail. 

2.5 You may download proof of purchase (Order Invoice) under [Order History]. Proof of purchase must be presented during the appointment and prior to registration at the counter of our premises.

2.6 After the health screening, reports can be collected during the following periods:
-Rapid test: 30 minutes
-General health screening report: 3-5 days
-Comprehensive in-depth health screening report: 7-10 days
-Couple's health screening report: 10-14 days

2.7 Under your permission, the doctor may recommend additional tests, medications, or treatments, additional charges may apply.

 

3.0 Claim Purpose

All the medical reports and receipts given are strictly NOT for insurance claim purpose.

 

4.0 Tax Relief

You can enjoy tax reliefs on a range of health services and products provided by us, including health screenings + COVID-19 detection tests claim up to RM1000, and vaccinations claim up to RM1000.

5.0 Voucher Codes

Voucher codes may be distributed by Prinz irregularly and only valid on Website, the usage as following:
-A valid voucher code must be entered at the checkout page in order to redeem the voucher code;
-Voucher codes can only be used for the Website registered user;
-Voucher code is limited to 1-time use and 1 user ID only;
-Each voucher code has its own validity period. Once expired there will be no replacement of the voucher code. Any request for new voucher code, replacement or extension will not be entertained;
-Voucher cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.

6.0 Validity Period of Health Screening Packages

All health screening packages’ validity period on the Website is 90 days from the order/invoice date. If the health screening package is not utilized within 90 days from the order/invoice date, the said package will be deemed as void and the payment made is non-refundable.  On exceptional case basis, if the health screening package is utilized after 90 days from the order/invoice date, you are required to top up the price difference based on the current price of the package.
